UbiSafe Car is a satellite tracking solution exploiting Ubisafe GPS device to always know the location of cars and motorcycles, receive alerts based on exit from safe areas and save on insurance costs.

How it works

 

By installing UbiSafe box on board  (can be placed in cars and motorcycles) you can locate the vehicle via the Internet by accessing a secure area where, in real time and on detailed maps, you can check the position and follow any movement. You can also set your personal "safe areas“ and be alerted by SMS or email every time your car exits, or set alarms based on speed to be notified, for example, if your or newly patented child "runs too much" by car.

The solution consists of:

  • UbiSafe box, a lightweight (70 gr.) and compact (7 x 4 cm x 2) GPS / GPRS and M2M SIM Card (data traffic included. No hidden costs!);
  • Kit for fixed and concealed installation in the vehicle (bracket, cables, car chargers, straps and Velcro fasteners)

A simply-to-use web interface to:
  • Real time locate the position of your vehicle and trace its movements
  • Set up safe areas around custom locations (eg home, office, etc.).
  • Activate rules and alerts via SMS or e-mail in case of:
    • Exit/Enter into a safe area
    • Exceed a stated maximum speed
    • Low device battery (tampering)
